Standard Return Policy
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
You can request a return or exchange unconditionally within 30 days of receiving the product.
Important Conditions:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Must be in resalable condition
- All tags and original accessories must be included
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Damaged or missing packaging
- Items past the 30-day return window
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned without authorization

Return Process
Return Steps
- Contact Us: Initiate return request via email or customer service
- Wait for Approval: We'll respond within 1-2 business days
- Get Return Label: After approval, we'll send return shipping label and instructions
- Ship Item Back: Return item following the instructions
- Wait for Processing: We'll inspect returned item and process refund/replacement
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
Exchange Instructions
To get your needed item fastest:
- First return the item you have
- After return is accepted, purchase the new item separately
This avoids exchange processing time and gets you the new item faster.
EU Region Special Policy
14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to EU regions, you have special rights:
- You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Receipt or proof of purchase required

Refund Information
Refund Process
- We receive and inspect returned item
- Notify you if refund is approved (usually 1-3 business days)
- If approved, refund will be automatically processed to original payment method within 10 business days
Note: Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund
